Clay is a natural resource which enables us to truly connect with our inner self, to appreciate the beauty of natures finest materials and to embrace our inner thoughts and needs, without external judgments, expectations or the need for an end product.
Life can be challenging and we often forget to be kind to ourselves. Lets change this. Lets get creative. Lets connect with our inner self and with like minded people, in an intimate, therapeutic, safe and local space, where we can explore, express and appreciate our strengths, hopes and challenges together.
We meet monthly at locations in and around Thrapston, Northants.
